seoul jazz festival

Only good girls write diaries, bad girls don't have time for that. So I really need to force myself each and every time to keep this blog updated. It will be such a precious memory of my great time here. Also I feel obligated to show all my friends, who thought I would go to some underdeveloped chaotic place, how amazing Seoul is.

Last Sunday Shu, Julia and me went to the Seoul Jazz festival. The ticket was quite expensive but great music, sun and beers are always an argument. So we got there by 3 pm in the afternoon and it was a huge picknick gathering. Many people were sitting on the ground fully equipped. Picnic blankets, small folding tables, parasols and of course a whole lot of food. Other than expected this is how Koreans do festivals. Julia and I were totally unprepared for this, so luckily we had Shu with us who thought about everything.

The festival was a lot more quiet than a festival in Switzerland. After the last concert at around 11pm everything just shut down. Trying to make the best of it Julia and I were probably the loudest girls on this ground. I'm sure we annoyed some Koreans with our not so skilled singing and dancing but I guess being the only blonde person on the terrain is a good excuse for many things.
